SHIPPING POLICY

Pickup Orders:

Pickup orders require 48 hours to process. During holidays or sales, customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Standard Shipping:

Orders ship within 3–7 business days, and 7–10 business days during holidays or sales. All shipments include signature confirmation and full-value package insurance.

Shipping Delays:

527 Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:

527 Extensions is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen while in transit.

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, as it is due to carrier negligence.

527 Extensions is responsible solely for processing and fulfilling your order.

 

No P.O. Boxes:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box address will be automatically canceled.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping and billing information.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays. Due to strict shipping security protocols, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.

If an order has already begun processing or has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

If the package is returned to us, the customer will be contacted and must pay all reshipping and handling fees.
